Hi, I’m Elvis CASELY
I am running to represent Georgia House District 35 because our community deserves a representative who actually shows up to work. Too often, public office is treated like a title or a paycheck instead of a responsibility. I believe representation means being present, listening to constituents, and doing the hard work every day, not just during election season.
I come from a background rooted in hard work, accountability, and service.
I am running for District 35 to bring energy, transparency, and real engagement back to state government. I believe Georgians deserve a representative who is accessible, responsive, and committed to results. If elected, I will show up, do the work, and fight every day to make sure District 35 is heard and respected under the Gold Dome.
WHAT’S MY PLAN?
Parental Rights & School Transparency
Parents deserve to know what their children are being taught in school.
I support making school curriculum easy for parents to access, giving families reasonable options when content doesn’t align with their values, and encouraging open communication between schools and parents. Education works best when parents and teachers work together.
MAKE Gym Memberships
Tax-Deductible
I want to make gym memberships, fitness classes, and exercise programs tax-deductible.
Staying active helps prevent serious health problems, lowers healthcare costs, and improves quality of life. If someone is making the effort to take care of their health, the tax code should support that effort, not ignore it. This is a simple way to encourage healthier habits and help families save money, not just on taxes but on future health ailments they’ll avoid by staying active.
Ending the Marriage Penalty in State Assistance
Getting married should never make life harder financially.
Right now, some assistance programs can reduce or eliminate benefits when couples get married. I want to fix that so families are not punished for making a commitment to each other. Strong families lead to stronger communities, better outcomes for kids, and greater long-term stability.
Ending Forced Subscription Models
When you buy something, it should work without extra monthly fees.
Too many companies now sell products like cars, printers, or appliances and then lock basic features behind subscriptions. That’s frustrating and unfair. I support clear rules that protect consumers and make sure products work as promised, without surprise charges.
True Digital Ownership
If a company says you “buy” a digital product, you should own it.
Movies, books, games, and other digital purchases shouldn’t disappear later because of licensing changes or corporate decisions. People deserve honesty and clarity when they spend their money, whether the product is physical or digital.
